Past Continuous Tense

Active Voice	Passive Voice (was/were+being+Past Participle of verb)
We were expecting good news.	Good news was being expected by us.
She was helped me.	I was being helped by her.
Boys were flying kites.	Kites were being flown by boys.

Past Perfect Tense

Active Voice	Passive Voice (had+been+Past Participle of verb)
We had expected good news.	Good news had been expected by us.
She had help me.	I had been helped by her.
Boys had flown kites.	Kites had been flown by boys.

Simple Future Tense

Active Voice	Passive Voice (will/shall+be+Past Participle of verb)
We will expected good news.	Good news will be expected by us.
She shall help me.	I shall be  helped by her.
Boys will fly kites.	Kites will be  flown by boys.

Future Perfect Tense

Passive form of Imperative sentence
